This might be the first time I've had a photo shoot come about in quite this way. I got to do a branding session for Danielle of Twig & Twine Floristry a few weeks ago (that'll be coming up on the blog soon!), and was lucky enough to bring home the bouquet she had made. So, naturally - I reached out through Instagram stories to see if anyone would like to do a session with the bouquet the next day!
One photo shoot was just not enough for this gorgeous bunch of flowers - and thankfully, it was a pretty durable bouquet that lasted with no problem at all. Lucky for Marie-Pier & Jean-Michel, because they got to accessorize their session with the most beautiful flowers.
Another awesome bonus to this session; it was my first session done completely en français! Start to finish. I'm pretty darn excited about that.
PS, not many people know this - but my name is also Marie-Pier. I shortened it to Marie many years ago when my family moved to Nova Scotia, and I've considered switching back to Marie-Pier many times.
